Problem after Import

I had to import my vBulletin to solve some errors I was having. Problem now is that after the import...the threads seem to have 1+13,000 more than they are supposed to.

Topic 1 now starts at topic 13,300

Is there anyway to get the numbers back on the right track?

The autoincrement values on the tables weren't reset. This makes no functional difference. I don't know of any easy way to reset the values without restoring a backup from before the import.

I have that data actually stored in a seperate database. I just have been using the imported data...so I guess I would lose my current stuff?

I'm not sure I understand. You would lose anything that wasn't in the backup upon restoring that backup.
