    What is wrong ? T.T

Because I am having the same problem with my old vb forum, which came out suddenly

so I am trying to install a new forum with a different DB, but still getting the same problem

I did finish the installation, but after I delete the install.php file and log in to the AdminCP ...

    the error just occured

with IE -- downloading a file

    with Firefox -- unreadable code

I did contact my hosting and they did not change any setting before my old forum got this problem

This is very odd. Do you have php installed? Is your .htaccess possibly conflicting with something?

If I remember there is a variable in the config.php file that you have to enable/change if you are using php5?

Take a look and see if you find anything. I may be wrong.

You've got some badly uploaded files.

Take a few moments and reupload the original vBulletin files.

Yes, make sure you are not resuming uploads.

I use SmartFTP on Auto mode. Always works for me. Try it.

Also PHP 5.0.4 is not stable and has some known problems with vB. You need to upgrade PHP.

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Server and Optmization Settings >

                          Disable gizp.
