Archived Subforums as on this site?

How can i setup my subforums to do the same thing as done here on the official forum.

I also have some archived forums that I want to show under the title archived forums which is not a forum, they keep however listing as full forums.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Depth of Sub-Forums
