    Problem upgrading

    This is the second upgrade I do on 2 different sites with the new version on VB. The first time everything went smooth. I did another site today and the upgrade URL doesn't allow me to login. I put in the VB customer number and press enter. All it does is reload and doesn't go to the next page. Anyone know what could be wrong?>

      Usually means you've not inserted the correct number .. if you're using copy 'n paste, make sure there are no blank spaces

          It's not taking either way. It is the correct login info too since I used the same one to download the new version
