HELP: Have to move the VBulletine Diretory

hi,
i installed the vbulletin board in the root directory of the wespace (Not in a directory as wwwdomain.com/forum)
However i like to install mkportal (mkportal.it) and they told be that i have to move the VBulletin into another directory as th portal will not with the way it is installed right now. Is ther any way to move the bvulletin to another directory - without problems ?
Or alternatively is there any portal script that ca be use with my installation?

Your prob using both index.php for both software right? vbulletin allows you to change in the admin options the default homepage url from index.php to whatever.php :P
