Change the Thread dislpay way

Hello,

I am having a little bit of a problem figuring out something.

In my forum, each time someone posts something, his profile appears above it rather than beside it, how can I make the profile appear beside it on the left?

Is there an option in vBulletin that does this or will I have to change the template?
