Does your Webserver run PHP in safemode?
'cause that may cause problems with attachments on filesystem.
Or the permissions of the folder containing the subfolders for the attachments has incuficient rights. Has to "777" (a.k.a. world-writable)::[ Skill-Club's Forum ]::

You need to chmod the attachments directory and all subdirectories like this:
chmod -R 777 attachmentsSteve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
