Never seen this one before

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Anyone any ideas, the host has been updating some things on a few other of my domains but this one was working OK.

Did you recently try to modify the database and/or try to install a plugin to 3.5.x?

Upload the tools.php file from the .zip's do_not_upload/ folder into the admincp folder and run it from the browser. Select to rebuild the bitfields.

This should fix it.

No i didn.t do anything.

That is the scary part, if its initiated by change its the host who did it without my knowledge and that is definately not cool.

It did not work, same error

I had to also upload some files to the install folder as it called for them when running tools.php.

Any other suggestions appreciated
