Removing the stick/unstick function from mods

HI, I would like to know how I can remove the function for mods to stick unstick threads. I don't want them to have that function in my forum.

If this feature is not available can I have the variable for being a mod, so that I can go into the templates and do the <if> to remove those fields from the forums, thank you.

Moderators (assigned via a forum) should have a permission called Can Stick thread. If you are talking about super moderators, you could hide it via the drop down menu, but you'd also need to hide it from the inline moderation menus as well.
