Step 2) Connect to the database

I thought it would be the same info in my vB3.0.10 config.php ??

    Code:
Step 2) Connect to the database

    Attempting to attach to database

Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.

    Error number: 1044

Error description: Access denied for user 'xxxx_xxxx'@'localhost' to database 'xxxx_xxxx'

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.
    Got it

I say no to empty database right? Yeh, I do not want to clean out my threads.

It should be LW... the dbname, dbusername and dbusername password should be the same. Best check and recheck, and if you still get the error submit a ticket.

It goes through vB3.0.10 to vB3.5.beta and up. Almost threw me off.
