Upgraded from v3.07 to 3.51 - no errors during process but nothing now works

now i get the message:

there were absolutley no errors during the upgrade - what could have happened?

its a massive forum and im freaking a bit hehe

hey zach - i get a new msg now and only in the admincp (main forums seem to be working now - albeit a few glitches i can check later)....
