Some problems for a single user

I've a user that has some problems I don't know how to solve

1 - The number of messages for this user is always the same. If he post a new message, the total of messages is not increased.

2 - The user has subscribed to some threads but he does not receive the email anymore.

Any suggestion?

1. Are you sure this user is posting in forums that count posts? To troubleshoot this, remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

2. If it's only this user, then something is blocking the emails on his end. He will need to check all the spam filters.
