Have subforums showing on main page?

Hey guyz, on the vBulletin forum main page http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php they have the subforums shown just under the forum heading... For example they have the vBulletin 3.5 Suggestions and Feedback, and 2 subforums under the title, how would I get that?

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Depth of Sub-Forums
