Report Bad Post?

I would like to use the "Report Bad Post" feature for my members to be able to click it and it send me an email for certain threads they believe should make it in our Newsletter.
I have edited the Phrases where needed but what else do I need to do? Also how can I fix it so it only emails admins and not the mods as well.
