How do I make keywords hyperlink auto?

Hi,
back again.. How do I make it so that when someone posts a post and they type a certain word it auto makes it come up hyperlinked to my affliate link?

Say they type in there post the following
"blah blah blah blah poker blah blah"

when they submit the post it would auto make the word "poker" in my affliate link e.g poker/affliate-i.d-22222 etc etc

Hope you know what I mean?

The Geek hasn't updated the Geek Auto Linker and according to the Geek site, it doesn't look as if it will be updated.

However there is a new auto linker called AutoLinker which works on vBulletin v3.xx and v.4.xx. You can see it on vb.org - here http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=239167
