Unique Avatar

In the admincp, there is a place where you can check for members to have "unique avatars".

However, upon testing this feature, I was able to pick and use an avatar that someone else is using. How do I fix this?

Allowing users to have unique avatars means that they'll be able to upload their own avatar to your server. If you have default avatars available as well they can just as easily pick one of those.

There's no way to make sure that each user has a unique avatar.
