    Help with 3.5 upgrade

Ok.. I got to the last step where I need to update my includes/config.php .new.

I did that and then was told to change the name of that file to config.php

Now, when I try to access my forum, I get this message:
There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.
    We apologise for any inconvenience.

If you click the Tech Staff link, it opens an email editor, but no email address to send it to.

I REALLY need to figure out what the problem is! Please, would someone help me figure this out! I need it for my readers!

    Thanks,
    Brian S. Tinsley

    One more thing...

I noticed that on my www. server my folder is called "Folders" and in my config.php it's called "folders", I chaged the name to "Folders" in the includes/config.php and I am still getting the same error message:
There seems to have been a problem with the database.

    Here's my includes/config.php

You've given the folder here, where it's asking for the database information. On a cpanel server, this would look more like 'username_databasename'.

      Have you created the database?
