attachments popup problem

Hi,

Over @ www.buttonbash.com/forums/ I have a header and footer included into the style... due to this when users click the manage attachments button it displays a popup which contains the header/footer and so they have to resize the popup, is it possible to not include the header/footer for this popup?

Also, where do I go to edit the text 'Welcome, User' in the top right box...?
