run vbulletin in a popup style window?

I know it may not be your thing to do this but it is what I NEED for my site. Can I run vbulletin in a popup style window with pre defined static size attributes and without the links bar, address bar, and buttons?

maybe have my forums page linked like this?

Yes, it should work fine.

To implement that, you would just need to fashion an appropriate link to open the forum window.
