yea but there would be no reason to mod a version 3.0.x using 3.5.0 so what I'm asking is if there are any custom skins out there that are made to be used with 3.5.0 as there was many out for 3.0.x version

Sorry By mods I was referring to modifications and there are modded skins/themes there or just do a search on google for vbulletin skins.
