Paragraphs lumped into one big one

Since updating from 3.0.9 to 3.5.0, when someone posts a paragraph, like this:

Notice the blank line between this and above. Now they would be lumped together on my forum. If I edit the post and fix it, it seems to work, but not the first time its posted.

Reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

I seem to not be having this problem now, but some of my users are. I already re-did all of our templates based of the latest default too. My guess, they need to just empty their cache and start fresh. Thanks.
