I got this messenger when I Diagnostics

The mailing function returned an error while trying to send the mail.
The following errors were outputted by PHP when attempting to send mail:

In the Admin CP, click on vBulletin Options and open the Server Settings and Optimization Options section and turn on the Public phpinfo() Display Enabled setting. Then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

There's nothing in phpinfo that would explain this. Are you trying to use the SMTP email option in the vB Admin CP? If so, it would appear that your SMTP info is wrong. You can either correct this info, or set 'SMTP Email' to 'No' and use PHP.

If I set off dont work that why I turn it on to see it work

I don't understand what you just posted. Are you attempting to use SMTP for your mail settings?
