How would I add an if condition for if I want to have the userinfo on the right side every other post?

Like this...

Userinfo -> Post Contents
Post Contents -> Userinfo
Userinfo -> Post Contents
Post Contents -> Userinfo

Makes sense? lol

1. phpstart_include has been eliminated in 3.5.
