I get a blank page when clicking the go button when selecting to edit templates in the admincp. I have re uploaded all my vb files. Ran the upgrade script for beta 2 again. Rebuilt my templates several times and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Yes it's the vbulletin fans style 002 I believe. I am going to go try and reinstall the style and see what happens.
edit: I reinstalled the custom one and it at first had a mysql error when i tried to bring up the list of templates. After I did a template rebuild the mysql error was gone but I was back to the blank page.
So I installed the default style and tried editing that and it also came up with a blank page.Last edited by SilentK; Thu 23 Jun '05, 9:11pm.Comment

I just noticed another problem that may be related. When I run the repair/optimize script in the admincp it loads a blank page.Comment

The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
Then empty your browser cache and try again.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

Hmmm I re-uploaded all the default vb files and ran the upgrade script over again. Dumped my browsers cache. Tried several different browsers and had no luck. I removed the two xml plugins I had in includes/xml still no luck.
I enabled public phpinfo http://www.xblteams.com/index.php?do=phpinfo
see anything that would be causing this?Comment

Did you restore the prior db before running the upgrade script? If you are absolutely certain you have uploaded all the Beta 2 files and upgraded correctly, then you should post this in the Bug Tracker.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

I uploaded all the beta 2 files and run the upgrade script without any problems. The only thing that went semi wrong is that when I rebuilt the styles it didn't add the product field back in so I had to run a query to upgrade.
i'll go do run a file check to make sure all of the files are beta 2.
edit: all the files are beta 2 except quick reply.js one. I am going to go run the upgrade script several more times and if it still doesn't work than I will post this in the bug tracker.Last edited by SilentK; Sat 25 Jun '05, 8:24am.Comment

The vbulletin fans style 002 is a child style, perhaps if you try to import it as a parent style it will not import properly into 3.5 (its a child style for 3.0)
I've imported it on 3.5 beta 2 and works ok as a child style to the default parent.Comment
