Change default sorting of memberlist php

Is there an easy way to change the default sort order you see when you visit memberlist.php from alphabetical to top posters?

I know I could change the navbar link from memberlist.php to memberlist.php?&order=DESC&sort=posts&pp=30 but that looks rather messy so I'm wondering if there is a built-in or easy way to change the default sort order.

This is not possible with a switch or anything at this time.

The folks over at vbulletin.org came to the rescue and it turns out it was as simple as a single text change! Anyway, thanks again for the reply so I knew I wasn't missing something built in (nothing worse than trying to change something that's already done), and thanks once again to the very helpful and skilled coders over at vbulletin.org for the clean solution too!
