Thanks Zack...yea... I figured out that I could move the if statement for the rank above the avatar one and that will make them switch places, but getting the rank to appear to the right of the avatar is a whole nuther matter, and is defo beyond my coding skills.

Moderator can't move posts & threads or close threads

I just upgraded from 2xx to 3.0.1

I previously had a user named moderator who could move threads & posts and close threads.

I cannot see any way to give him the same priviledges in the new version.

When you switch the legacy postbit, the New thread button on the bottom loses its space between the forum table and itself.

You need to edit the appropirate section in the header template.

Admin Control Panel > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Expand the style you need to modify > Open the template: ' header '

Find this code:

The part you want to modify is $vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl] you can change that to any address you want.

How can I make it so every time a new thread is made, in any forums, an email is sent to me? I remembered such setting in vb2 in ACP - Options.

Modify the forum where you want to receive new threads from, it will have a input field where you can enter your email address.

That's what I did but it is kinda ugly that it has my name on every forum as the moderator... is there any other way to do it? It was possible in VB2's board options, it was like send an email on new user's registration...

Adding your email in the field for 'email to receive new threads notifications on' doesn't add your username to every forum as moderator.
