From which template??

Can the font of the thread listings in a forum be different from the the forum listings font?

Yes, you can assign different font-family settings to different sections using CSS Classes.

This would be more advanced than what the default CSS allows for though, so you would have to develop this and place the classes in the "Advanced CSS" Box at that bottom of that page.

I know how to add new CSS classes. But, I can't quite figure out exactly where to apply them to change the font on the listing of threads.

Also, I want to unbold the 'announcement' text and change that font color as well. Can't figure out where to insert a new CSS class for that either.

Threads are in the threadbit templates. Announcements would be modified in the forumdisplay_announcement template.
