That script does not change anything on your forums. It only affects the cookies on the computer accessing that script.

Of course new cookies will be written when you log in again. The script removes the original cookies that may be corrupted, it doesn't keep cookies from ever appearing again.

          Hello,

This script seems to work fine, thanks for sharing it Now I can stay connected on each forum while I'm surfing.
I've seen other options the second time I used the script.

This script worked for all my users except those using macs; the forum still doesn't remember them. Any ideas to help the mac users?

              Thanks.

what would you recommend my cookies settings be if I run photopost and reviewpost as well as VB3..

I have vb3 installed in one directory called forum, reviewpost in a dir called reviews, and photopost in a directory called gallery, and all 3 are in the same directory together....

                basically
                var/www/html/forum
                var/www/html/reviews
                var/www/html/gallery

some users are having probs with cookies....

Can anyone verify this? I have one user who says that using the script did nothing for him (ie cookies were not deleted) under Safari 1.2...

                      Thank you!

So, isn't1 there any one here who can either confirm or deny that the mycookies.php script works or doesn't work under Safari under Macintosh OS X?

Sigh. I'm still getting the issue for users. I've got the my cookie script, I've also changed the cookie and domain to default, I've deleted the sessions out of the session table and I've had users remove ALL of their cookies.

Very unhappy bunch of campers. Of course I don't have the issue myself so I can't verify there's a problem but they assure me that there is a problem.

Will there ever be a fix that works??

Frankly, I'm disappointed by the silence here.
