Can't login to modcp--keeps redirecting to login

I cannot login to the modcp -- it takes me to the login page, I login, it accepts it and says redirecting--but it just takes me to the login again. I try clicking the link before it forwards me--still takes me to login.

If it is any help I'm using galeon 1.3 and SuSE 9.0 Linux. Also tried in Firebird 0.7 and same problem.

If you are using a test board, this most likely occurs because you have set the cookie domain to a folder different to the one you have installed vb3 in.

I.e if you installed your forums in /forums/ and your vb3 in /testforums/ and set the cookie domain the /forums/, you will have to alter the cookiedomain to /testforums/ or rename the testforums folder back to forum (just to alter the cookie domain if need be) and back again

Where would I go to enter the cookie domain?
<BTW>I can log into the admincp just fine (if that makes a difference).

Alright, I found it...changed the cookie domain to mysite.com and it didn't work.

make the cookie domain blanc - i.e totally empty.

Secondly, is your modcp located at /modcp/ or somewhere else?

It was blank--I put it back blank and still no go. Yes, located at modcp--I did not change it.

Well I don't see it but hopefully it will get fixed soon as it is difficult to have a testing forum setup without the ability to use the modcp.
