Where are the fix of fixed bug in Bug Tracker forum?

I see that many bugs in Bug Tracker Forum has fixed, but I can't see the fix in the threads.
Where are the fix of fixed bugs? I hope I don't have to wait until RC1.

I believe the major bugs have a fix in them... If there isn't a fix posted, then yes.. It will be in RC1.... I dont know if the Devs plan on releasing a fix fro every bug posted...
