I see in the phrase manager on the admin cp that I can call up the text with html, but I don't see how to make changes or additions. Am I in the wrong place?

After looking around I saw it in many phrases. But when I stuck the phrase chock fill of html into the footer I was getting errors. Then I removed all the html and it worked fine. Probably some bug. If I have time later I'll try to reproduce it with a test phrase inserted into footer and ask someone to reproduce it on their forum.Comment
