Super moderators - permanant ban

I've looked around but can't find an asnwer to this -

On vB 2 Super moderators could permanently ban. On vB 3 so far the only way I can figure out to allow them to do this is for 1 day only. Is there a way super moderators can ban permanently?

There should be a select called
Lift Ban After...

which lets you pick either specific lengths and at the bottom there is a permanent ban.

Yeah I see -- Maybe I should have checked myself before taking my moderators at their word!
