I took awhile to update my forum's options, and now it kicked me out an didn't save, i think this should be fixed!

how long did you spend editing the options? Did you exceed the cookie timeout?

I can confirm this... I took about 5 or 6 minutes to finally edit all the options and when I pressed submit, I was kicked out...

There could be some solutions.. I saw a piece of code at hivemail, when the login screen is displayed, there are two hidden fields with the serialized content of $_POST and $_GET... Might work as well for vBulletin, so the actions wouldn't be lost if you ever get kicked out of the ACP.

Why is there a cookie AND a session?

Why dont you go through each option catagory one at a time instead of editing them all at once?

Beta 4 now has an admin option which turns this 'feature' on and off.

                Thanks, freddie!

If I had a buck for every time I got locked out of there when I was making a big change or typing up a big mass email... I'd be $15 richer
