is vbulletin v3.0.3 compatible with php5 and mysql 5

    Hi all
we are using old vbulletin v3.0.3 at this moment. as we have too many hack code on the vbulletin system. i can't not really upgrade to latest vbulletin 4

    question 1)
we are planning to duplicate the forums threads into a new vbulletin 4. by export from old vbulletin v3.0.3 and import to v4. anyone has done this process? what is the best way to to do it? is impex the tools to do the vbulletin to vbulletin import?

question 2) we need upgrade the php and mysql on our server to version 5 +. we are currently use php 4 and mysql 4. as i know that some of the php script is not compatible with version 5. anyone has done something similar? or using a vbulletin 3.0.3 on a new server with php5 mysql 5?

any tips will be very helpful.

    thanks

    Eric
