We tried to upgrade from our old VB 3.0.8 to the latest version, but we can't pass through the upgrade and it's stuck at the first page.

is there anyway to fix this? We don't have the original function.php file either. Please let us know ASAP as our forum is at a stall right now. Thanks.

This error means that you have a typo in config.php on or before line 2. You need to find and fix this typo. It's most likely a missing ' or ; somewhere.
