Your Cpanel password can be resent automatically or with host help. What is wrong with the one you have recieved from your host... If you need to change it, then you must read any help tips and or email host to get new password to your Cpanel. You can get your own vBulletin password by replacing what Suban has with your own domain name inplace.

I am using vb 3.7.1 i mean i have the cpanel access but i lost my pw for my member login. Where do i reset i tried clicked forgot pw but cannot.Comment

from cP >> go to phpMyadmin
select the right database
That is connected with you're forum
Then go to (user) table, browse it,
Better you change E-mail
Then go back to you forum
And ask for lost PW

Do not manually edit the vBulletin files or table. This is not needed. Please start a support ticket so there are no conflicting suggestions from other members, which potentially results in only more confusion.Comment

Due I have migrated my forum from SMF to vbulletin 5 then all my users have to request a new password . Vbulletin sends the password in code format . LIke this:
