how do i change the registration explanation about banned emails

i have recently changed the type of email addresses, .org, .net, etc. that i allow to register to the site, but the old warning still comes up saying you can't register yahoo and hotmail email address, which is no longer true. where do i go to change that warning? i can't seem to find it.

All language is in Phrases. Do a 'Search in Phrases' for the specific language you are looking for, then edit the appropriate Phrase.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Note: To edit a phrase, place the new phrase in the available language text boxes.

Why would people want to have this feature on anyway? I cant see the advantage.
