Site completely not working

Whenever I go onto my site, I get the following SQL error:

mysql error: Can't find file: './twdforum_EDDIETWD/vb3_datastore.frm' (errno: 13)

mysql error number: 1017

I was getting various SQL errors before of the same "can't find file..." I am hopeful that this is just a permissions problem and that the host will be able to fix it, but I would love confirmation or what I need to do to rectify this situation.

MySQL Error : Can't create/write to file '....' (Errcode: 13)

This error means:

System error: 13 = Permission denied

The directory in that error either does not exist, or it is not world-readable and writable (chmod 777.) You need to check and correct both situations to fix this error.
