    Problem with moving forum

    My forum version is 3.0.7

I'm moving it from mydomain.org on one ISP to mydomain.com on another ISP.

I backed up MySQL database with mysqldump command, then upload it on the target domain/server using phpMyadmin. Then moving VBulletin php code (as is) to the target server.

I modify config.php file as needed then uploaded it.

Then I tried to get in Admin CP. Logged in but then nothing happen.
Nothing happen when I visit http://www.mynewdomain.org/forum/ either

I use phpMyadmin to look around mysql database, modify the URL values in "setting" table. Check the Cookie path (value "/"), Cookie domain (value "").
Clear all cookies, cache in IE/Firefox browser.

Is there anything that I missed ? I have not modifed the registered URL with VB yet, until it works. Does this have anything to do with the problem?

My forum is very much standard. I have multiple language package and the default language for the board is Vietnamese.

Note: The only reliable method of restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:

The targer server is a shared hosting. I don't have access to telnet/ssh.

When I access the admincp page, after entering username/password, hit enter, the screen goes blank. The url box shows current script as .../forum/login.php.

When I access the forum page, it shows some warning message

Warning: array_keys(): The first argument should be an array in /includes/functions.php on line 3090

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 3090

I look at the code and it has something to do with forumcache. Is there anyway to clean out all cache, ie which tables to clear

Sounds like a bad backup and restore to me.

Note: Some people have reported success with these scripts:

        MySQLDumper:

        MySQLHotxcopy:

        Bigdump:

          You're right Steve. It's a bad case of backup/restore

I used MySQLDumper for backup/restore successfully.

          Thanks.
