Change "Join Date: May 2005" to "Join Date: May 05" ?

How can i change the "Join Date: May 2005" to "Join Date: May 05" in postbit (legacy) ?

I need to change it to that to free up some screen estate.

05 instead of 2005.

Already changed "Join Date:" to "Joined:", now i just need the above.
