mysql: access denied... but yet I can still post

My board is acting very very strange now.
I got the data imported, and I can browse my board. Some people are unable to login; when they try, they get a database error.
All the errors are the same: 1044.

Here's a sample of one of the hundreds currently flooding my inbox:
    Database error in vBulletin 3.0.8:

    Invalid SQL:
    REPLACE INTO datastore
    (title, data)
    VALUES
    ('cron', '1137030960')

mysql error: Access denied for user: 'dbo151197362@%' to database 'db151197362'

    mysql error number: 1044

I was getting this last night and was completely unable to login - it was erroring out on login.php.

    Is this an easy fix?
I don't understand why it's doing this, because like I said, I can post, and others can post as well.

    Help!!!

Also, I can't login to my AdminCP. When I try that, I get this:
    Database error in vBulletin 3.0.8:

    Invalid SQL:
    INSERT INTO session
(sessionhash, userid, host, idhash, lastactivity, styleid, loggedin, bypass, useragent)
    VALUES
    ('a1a39b5d01293a3490b50fa8ced75e1b', 3, '72.24.236.143', '89f7bd0b86873fd4aaa5d6cf036684c5', 1137030250, 0, 1, 1, 'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; InfoPath.1)')

mysql error: Access denied for user: 'dbo151197362@%' to database 'db151197362'

    mysql error number: 1044

I recommend to start a new support ticket and link back to this thread. Include your ftp details and your admincp details and phpmyadmin details.

Someone from our staff can take a look and see perhaps what is going wrong.

Please explain in details how you have imported your data into vbulletin.

I'm not able to start a support ticket because my owned license's support period is over, and I don't have the $100 to spare at the moment for a renewal. That's why I was hoping this would be an easy fix.

My data import is done exactly as detailed in the vBulletin documentation: mysql -hdb261.perfora.net -udbo151105817 -p db151105817 < forum1-11-0300.sql

I did gzip the .sql files to get their sizes down for the transfer. I have a couple of backups I did from the AdminCP that I'm going to try importing now, but I don't believe it's going to matter, because I get the same auth error when I try using a different mySQL database with an older dataset imported.

I guess I'm going to have to wrangle this out with my host.

          Huh?

You just made no sense. Owned licenses are good for life, You _always_ have access to the members area. Even with a leased license, the difference i you cannot DOWNLOAD the software.

And it does not cost 100 USD to renew a Owned vBulletin license, its only 30 USD and that is only for downloads, not support./

I didn't know that. I'll submit a ticket as soon as I find my license number...
            Thanks.
