    Need Legal Advice Please!

    Hello all.

    I have a VBulliten forum, and every couple of weeks 2 jerks turn up, and spam my whole board with foul language etc. I have these guys ip addresses, and it says: The IP Address is: 69.239.134.35. The host name is: ppp-69-239-134-35.dsl.renocs.pacbell.net.

    Is it possible to get in touch with his internet service provider ask them to take action. The idiots keep using the same IP, and im not sure who the host is? Is pacbell, Pacobell or something?

    Thanks for your help...this is really bugging me now. Its been going on for about a year, and not just at this board, but a old board i used to have which wasn't VBulliten. I don't even know the guys, and don't know why there have a vendetta agasinst me?

      Yes, you should definitely contact them at: [email protected]

      Be sure to include the exact dates and times of these intrusions.

                      They have loads of ip address, and e-mails. Well thats what they told me.

                          Yes most certainly contact their ISP and ensure you let them know what they have been doing. Far too many people get away with this sort of totally unacceptable behaviour.

                          I'd be interested in the outcome too if you are able to let us know. Good luck.

                              Thx i just got a e-mail from one of them, it said "you S***head im posting from a public library, you got my internet disconnected".

                              Well thats made my day.
