Hi Guys,
Trying to fix a problem for a friend who is using vBulletin 3. Been running the forums from the good old days of vBulletin 2 and been running 3 since it became stable so far without problems.
But, we have started to get a problem only with two admins of the board. Every time vBulletin tries to send either thread notifications or a new PM notification the master E-Mail address of the forums gets the following message:
(Blanked certain information to protect privacy)

Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host,
it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)

Now I have contacted the host, but they say its something to do with the vBulletin software and to try here. Was wondering if anyone could spread some light on this issue for me please?
Thanks for your valued time.
