I have a vb board that is 3.0.6 all of a sudden we cant upload attachments. I get a error that says "Attachment only partially uploaded. " I can download and cant upload. I have been looking at this for 3 days now and am at a loss. I need some help on this guys and gals.....Everything in the acpanel looks okay and from what I can see nothing has changed. Please help.

Diagnostics
Okay when i run the Diagnostics on this this is what I get....
file_uploads:Onopen_basedir:Nonesafe_mode:Offupload_tmp_dir:Noneupload_max_filesize:200M
Results No file uploaded and no local file found. The test cannot continue. -
The Attatchment only partially uploaded error is not caused by anything in vBulletin. There is something misconfigured on the server that is causing the webserver to not receive all of the file. Usually it is because there isn't enough space where the temporary upload is saved while being uploaded by the browser.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

I can't get the file attachments to work.
I keep getting errors while trying to upload a ZIP file.

Any all extensions I try.. I mean I toggled the can upload attachments in both the usergroup and channel group but I still get this error..
