contactus problem in 3.0.9

I upgraded to 3.0.9 and now I get alot of random generated numbers and letters in the Name field:

Nevermind about this.. it was just a broken cookie, clearing them fixed it up.

I have upgraded to 3.0.9.
Please explain how to get the image verification to show up.

There is not an option to revert the file, since I have never edited it.

Image verification for Contact Us is not an option in 3.0.9. It was added in 3.5.0.

Admin CP -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details ->
Allow Unregistered Users to use 'Contact Us' -> Yes, but verify image
