Shouting - allowed in larger size?

I noticed that when a post is ALL CAPS in regular size, it can't be done. But when a post IS ALL CAPS IN A LARGER SIZE, IT WORKS.

Any way to disable this? I don't want shouting in ANY size.

I think the reason why yours didn't work is because the T from this was not in caps?

As far as I can tell, it doesn't matter what size the text is, a post THAT IS ENTIRELY ALLCAPS won't work. But of course, if part of a post is ALLCAPS, it's fine.

In other words, as long as the text is ALL CAPS, IT DOESN'T make a difference, and it works but if there's one letter not in caps, it doesn't work?

So if someone wants to shout, they can just go bigger font and do so?
