    Email Address Block Not Working!

    Hi,

    I have added 37,000 free webmail domain names tomy blockedemail list and chose the option to allow members not to be banned if they already have a webmail account - I've had about many members asking why they have been banned???

    Please help!!!

      Are you sure they are banned? I don't think it bans them for having a disallowed email, it only makes them change it I believe.

          I have a screenshot of 2 members that it defianlty has happened to.

              You may have an errant hard return rather than a space in the ban list. Clear it out and try again.
