Mixed up smilies

I add another smilies category, upload a bunch of new smilies,
then rearrange the category order with my category as order 1,
generic category as order 2.

Since some of my new smilies has the same code as the generic
smilies, for example so I remove those in the generic smilies.

Finally I should have an accumulate new set of similies with no
duplication code.

However, when I tried it out, still show the old smilies (which
should be gone by now) instead of the new smilies.

I guess the old smilies still in the cache somehow. Does anyone
know how to refresh, or clear cache ?
