    Admin control problem please help

    I install my forum and every thinf works fine!
    I am new to this forum so i dont now what i did wrong but in the admin panel when i clikc at heese links i get en error pages!

    First, you need to make yourself a Super Admin. Edit this section of config.php:

    // ****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******
    // The users specified below will have permission to access the administrator permissions
    // page, which controls the permissions of other administrators
    $superadministrators = 'x';

    ...and replace x with your userid (not user name.)

    Second if you still get errors after this, right-click on the error page and go to View/Source. Then copy-n-paste the error message here.

      ok i look at the admis here...
      and is like this....

      now stiil i get the erros

          Here's the deal:

          All those functions are scripts in the "modcp" directory on your server. If that directory is empty (or is NOT named "modcp", you'll generate that error.

            I am so sorry you now what it was?
            the folder modcp was not ypload it in the server!

            I upload it and now every thing is ok

            BTW.... can you please talme how can i do so the smilies and the codes they show with images and not like ...smilie) and the bold lettrs and tuff not like..?
            If there is a hack can you please talme where it is?

                thank you for this thread, just helped me troubleshoot a similar issue... my modcp was there but our htaccess file on it had a typo in it... wouldnt have known it was modcp related without this so thanks
