problem centering header

I have tried removing the &nspb thing as someone stated in another post and have tried to change all the parameters inside the header box and still can't get the header to center up. I have looked at another forum on the net and notice that it is aligned to the left as is this very forum.

Is this the only way one can be? If so I'll have to change my header.

Where you say you have seen align="left"... simply change this to align="center" which will change the alignment for the cell containing your header to the centre. Depending on your header format, you may have to also center the cell in the row of cells itself.
